Privacy and text terms
Returning Home, Excel Church Worldwide, 1151 Flat Shoals Rd SE, Conyers, GA 30013. Effective October 9, 2026.
What we collect
When you reserve seats, we collect your name, mobile number, and email, the service you choose, how many people are coming, whether this is your first time at Excel, how you heard about the event, who invited you if you tell us, and anything you share about accessibility needs. If you register children, we collect each child's name, grade, and any allergies or medical notes you provide. We also record which link or QR code brought you to the page.
When you sign up to serve, we collect your name, mobile number, email, teams, shift, training date, and shirt size.
When you fill out a Welcome Home connect card, we collect your name, mobile number or email, where you joined us, whether it was your first time, the next steps you choose, any faith decision you share, your children's ages if you share them, and any prayer request. The words of a prayer request are kept in a separate, private file that only our Prayer Team Lead can open; the Lead shares only your first name with the prayer team so they can pray for you by name. The words of your request are never sent to our messaging service or anyone else, and we erase them by March 31, 2027. Paper cards are entered within 24 hours, kept locked, and shredded once entry is checked.
How we use it
- To plan seating, parking, and kids' rooms, and to manage the waitlist if a service fills
- To check in children safely and care for allergies and medical needs
- To send arrival details and reminders about Returning Home
- To schedule and train volunteers
- To stay in touch with you as a church after the event
- To measure which invitations and ads are working
Who sees it
Your reservation details are seen by the Excel Church Worldwide staff who plan Returning Home and are stored in our contact management system and a private spreadsheet. Children's names, grades, and allergy or medical notes are kept in a separate file that only our kids and students ministry director can open. They are shared with our child check-in system and with the volunteers serving your child's room on December 31. They are never sent to our contact management or advertising tools.
Security check
To keep automated sign-ups out, the forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and device signals when you submit. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Advertising tools
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Google tag to measure how many people reserve after seeing our ads. We may also use our contact list with Meta to show our invitation to people similar to those who have attended before. We do not share contact lists with Google. You can limit this kind of advertising in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad settings. We never sell your information.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, Excel Church Worldwide sends one text to confirm. If you reply YES, we send reminders and arrival details for Returning Home: up to 8 messages for guests or 6 for volunteers in all, from the time you sign up through January 3, 2027. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to reserve seats or to serve. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

How long we keep it
Children's allergy and medical notes from this event are deleted by January 31, 2027, from our spreadsheet and our check-in system. Your contact details stay in our church records so we can stay in touch, and you can ask us to remove them at any time.
